After his first 13 holes at the Puerto Rico Open today, Michael Thompson was sitting right at the cut line at one under par. He had managed to play those 13 holes at even par with just one birdie and bogey on the day. Michael then went on to birdie three of his last five holes including his final two. That nice stretch moved him to three under par on the day and four under par for the tournament. He currently is tied for 33rd.
Michael will be playing his thrird round with David Skinns and Brooks Koepka. They tee off from the tenth hole at 9:35am ET.
