Michael Thompson got off to a bad start during his first round at the Zurich Classic on Thursday. He had a double bogey on his first hole and was never able to get anything going after that. He had his chances but the putter was cold and he only converted a single birdie putt on the day.
He'll look to turn things around today during round two where he will once again be playing with Rickie Fowler and Ernie Els. They tee off at 7:30am CT.
