Michael Thompson shot a three under par 69 during the second round of the Wells Fargo Championship to move into a tie for 37th and make the cut by two shots. Thompson had a lone bogey with four birdies including a birdie at the par four 18th hole which is consistently ranked the most difficult hole at the Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Michael starts his third round Saturday at 10:15am ET. He is paired with Jim Herman.
